We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager (Overseas Purchase) to join our team. As Manager (Overseas Purchase), you will be responsible for leading and managing the overseas purchasing function to ensure that goods and services are purchased in an efficient and cost-effective manner while maintaining compliance with international trade laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement overseas purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance
  • Lead and manage a team of purchasing professionals
  • Negotiate contracts and deals with international suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with overseas purchasing activities
  • Analyze market trends and identify new overseas suppliers
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful overseas purchasing outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. supply chain management, business administration, international trade)
  • At least 5 years of experience in overseas purchasing management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations
