We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager (Local Tender) to join our team. As Deputy Manager (Local Tender), you will be responsible for leading and managing the local tender process and ensuring that the company’s products and services are competitively and successfully tendered for in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to win local tenders
• Lead and manage the local tender process from start to finish
• Prepare and submit tenders, including technical and commercial proposals
• Negotiate with clients and partners to secure new business
• Ensure compliance with local procurement laws and regulations
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with local tenders
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful tender outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. business, procurement, engineering)
• At least 5 years of experience in local tenders
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of local procurement laws and regulations
