We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant General Manager (Public Relations) to join our team. As Assistant General Manager (Public Relations), you will be responsible for leading and managing the public relations function to enhance the company’s reputation and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement public relations strategies to promote the company’s image and reputation
- Lead and manage a team of public relations professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, government officials, and industry leaders
- Respond to and manage crisis communications
- Develop and execute communication plans for major events and product launches
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of public relations activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. public relations, communications, marketing)
- At least 5 years of experience in public relations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successful public relations campaigns and media placements
