We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager (International Tender) to join our team. As Deputy Manager (International Tender), you will be responsible for leading and managing the international tender process and ensuring that the company’s products and services are competitively and successfully tendered for in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to win international tenders
• Lead and manage the international tender process from start to finish
• Prepare and submit tenders, including technical and commercial proposals
• Negotiate with clients and partners to secure new business
• Ensure compliance with international procurement laws and regulations
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with international tenders
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. business, procurement, engineering)
• At least 5 years of experience in international tenders
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of international procurement laws and regulations
• Experience in international trade and export-import will be an added advantage
